Backdrop Placement Tips for Small and Large Booth Spaces

A backdrop only works as well as its placement lets it. A great design pushed into a corner or blocked by a pillar loses most of its value.

Small booths

Center it directly behind your table so it's visible the moment someone approaches, rather than off to one side where a neighboring vendor's setup can crowd it out.

Larger or corner booths

Angle it slightly to catch traffic from both directions, and leave enough clearance in front for people to actually stand and take a photo.

Lighting matters too

Where possible, position it away from direct glare from overhead lights, which can wash out darker colors in photos.
