Shipping Policy

Our standard turnaround time is 14–25 business days after the final design has been confirmed by the client.

This timeline includes design preparation, production/manufacturing, quality checking, packaging, and shipping transit.

When the Clock Starts

The turnaround time does not begin when payment is made. It begins only after the client has confirmed and approved the final design for production.

Factors Outside Our Control

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs inspection, holidays, weather, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities after the package has been handed off for delivery.

Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, we will provide the tracking number when available.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to over 120 countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
