Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Roxen Designs, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Custom Work

All designs and products are made according to the client's requested artwork, specifications, size, quantity, and approved details.

The client is responsible for reviewing all design previews, spellings, names, logos, QR codes, colors, sizes, and other order details before approval.

Once the client approves the final design, production may begin.

2. Design Approval

Production starts only after the final design has been approved by the client.

Any changes requested after approval may delay the order and may require additional charges.

We are not responsible for mistakes in the final product if the client approved the design containing those details.

3. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 14–25 business days after final design approval.

This includes design preparation, production, quality checking, packaging, and shipping transit.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing before the order is placed.

4. Color Difference

Printed colors may appear slightly different from the screen preview because screens display colors in RGB, while printed products are produced using CMYK or print-specific color processes.

Minor color variation is normal and is not considered a production defect.

5. Setup and Handling

The client must follow the provided setup instructions/manual carefully.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect setup, cutting, removing safety pins incorrectly, mishandling, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

6. Payments

Payment must be made before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom manufactured orders, we may require partial payment before production and the remaining balance before shipment.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Once design work, revisions, or production have started, cancellation and refund eligibility is limited.

Custom manufactured products are non-refundable once the final design is approved and production has started.

8. Delivery and Fulfillment

Once the package is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

If the carrier marks the package as delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled.

9. Issue Resolution

If there is any issue with the order, the client must contact us with photos, videos, and a clear explanation of the problem.

We will review the issue and provide a fair solution if the problem is confirmed to be caused by our side.
