How Often Should You Refresh Your Booth Graphics?
Share
Vendors who work the same regional card show circuit see a lot of repeat faces — both customers and other vendors. A booth that never changes can start to blend into the background for people who've walked past it a dozen times, even if the design itself still holds up.
Signs it's time for a refresh
- Your logo, socials, or shop name has changed since your last print run
- Fabric pieces are visibly worn, faded, or creased despite proper storage
- You've expanded into new product lines that your current branding doesn't reflect
- You want to test a different visual direction to see if it resonates better with your audience
What to refresh first
A tablecloth sees the most physical wear and is usually the first piece to need replacing. A backdrop or banner can typically last longer since it's handled less directly by customers.
Refreshing without starting over
A full rebrand isn't always necessary. Sometimes a new color accent, updated socials handle, or refreshed art style on just one or two pieces is enough to make a booth feel current again without replacing the entire setup at once.
Budgeting for it
Treating booth graphics as gear with a lifespan — rather than a one-time purchase — makes it easier to plan a refresh every year or two instead of waiting until something is visibly worn out at a show. Every reprint includes a free digital proof, so updates can be reviewed and adjusted before anything goes to production.
