How to Match Your Banner, Tablecloth, and Header for a Cohesive Booth
Share
It's common for vendors to order their banner, tablecloth, and header at different times, sometimes months apart as budget allows. The risk is that each piece gets designed in isolation, and the booth ends up looking like three separate purchases instead of one identity.
Start with a fixed color palette
Before ordering anything, settle on two or three core colors tied to your shop's logo. Every piece — banner, tablecloth, header — should pull from that same palette, even if the layouts differ.
Repeat your logo treatment exactly
If your logo has a specific color version, font, or icon arrangement, use that exact version across every piece. Slight variations — a different font weight here, a recolored icon there — are the kind of small inconsistency that makes a setup feel unplanned even when no single piece looks bad on its own.
Keep art style consistent
If your brand uses illustrated characters, patterns, or a particular art style, carry that same style across the backdrop, tablecloth, and header rather than mixing photography on one piece and illustration on another.
The easier path: order as a set
If you're building your booth from scratch, ordering matched pieces together removes the guesswork entirely. The Complete Booth Setup and our full Vending Packs are designed as one cohesive package from the start, built around your shop's logo, art style, and socials in a single design pass rather than several disconnected ones.
