Why Free Digital Proofs Matter Before You Print

Printed booth materials aren't cheap to redo. A tablecloth, banner, or backdrop with a misspelled handle, wrong color, or awkward layout can't be fixed after the fact — it has to be reprinted entirely, which means paying twice and losing time before your next show.

What a digital proof actually catches

  • Spelling errors in shop names, socials handles, or taglines
  • Colors that look different on screen than the designer intended, or that clash once placed next to other booth pieces
  • Layout issues, like text running too close to a fold line or edge where it could get cut off or obscured
  • Sizing mismatches between pieces meant to be used together, like a tablecloth and header

Why it's worth the extra step

It adds a short delay before production starts, but that delay is far shorter than the time lost reprinting a piece after it arrives wrong. Every order across our banners, tablecloths, backdrops, and print products includes a free proof before anything goes to press for exactly this reason.

What to check when reviewing a proof

Look at the proof at actual size if possible, not just zoomed in on a screen. Small text that reads clearly zoomed in can become illegible at full scale from a few feet away, which is exactly the distance most customers will be standing from your booth.
